Kids & Teens BJJ

  • Kids (5-7) - 30 minute sessions of BJJ, Judo, and Wrestling games with some technique drilling; keep the kids active and engaged with FUN while learning new skills and challenging their minds and bodies

  • Youth (8-17) - 60 minute sessions of grappling fitness exercises, grappling games, technique lessons, and sparring
